Excellent service and helpful staff too. Although the bed here was very uncomfortable; I had an absolutely amazing stay. I enjoyed that shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets were provided. Not far from Birmingham airport, approx 15 km distance.
Very unsafe area with noisy neighbours nearby.

Reasonably priced place and in a gorgeous location. Beds were very spacious and big size, everything was very comfortable. Comfortable bar was available. We loved the continental breakfast they offer. Very early check-in & late check-out, very good service.

really comfortable location, good size and just fine rooms, it has free parking too. the bed was so really comfy thought i have trouble sleeping. make sure you visit bella milano restaurant, placed near to the apartment, and try food there. will be back for very beautiful views.

Front-of-house staff was always available; host made us feel welcome. All beds were comfy. There's a kitchen, so you can cook freely. Easy to get to, really great location; nevertheless the street is quite nosy.
